YFS Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Young Founder Summit. By registering for any event on our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

 

1.    Event Participation

  • By registering, participants acknowledge that they will be engaged in team activities, competitions, and mentorship sessions throughout the event. Participants must be between the ages of 13-18. Parental consent is required for participants under 18.

 

2.    Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to act respectfully towards peers, mentors, and staff. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in disqualification from the event without refund.

 

3.    Registration

  • To register for the Summit, participants must provide accurate personal information. Young Founder Summit reserves the right to cancel registrations if any information provided is found to be false.

 

4.    Intellectual Property

  • All content, presentations, and materials provided during the Summit are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants are prohibited from sharing or using these materials outside of the event without explicit permission from Young Founder Summit.

 

5.    Refund Policy

  • All registrations are final, and no refunds will be provided once a participant has registered for an event. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please reach out to us at hello@youngfoundersummit.com.

 

6.    Liability

  • Young Founder Summit is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event, whether on-site or online.

 

7.    Privacy Policy

  • By participating, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

8.    Amendments

  • Young Founder Summit reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and communicated to participants via email.
